Ms. Catalysta, better known as Megan Hofmann, lives in Columbus, OH with her fiance, labradoodle and cat. She is 25 years old and a graduate of The Ohio State University. She originally began blogging as a catharsis to combat the challenge of being fresh out of college and new to the working world and the many pitfalls along the way. However, she fell into a blogging rut after burning out on the work topic.

Engaged to the love of her life, Megan has found a new topic to fill her days… her wedding! Wedding planning has renewed her blogging spirit and she is hoping to help brides on a budget have their dream wedding- including herself! The date is set for January 1, 2011.
